The customer identified the need on their around about a system able to remove the bad services in the gastronomical environment in their located area. They wanted a system that provides a real time menu for avoiding mismatch between the service and the client and also a system able to centralize the orders management.

A la Carte became in a SaaS for solving all of the main worries of the customers hiring their services and also for their clients, it became in their Worker of the Month, bringing them Reports of everything is happening in the business, tracking every single operation, simplifying the workers and clients life for handling with orders.

SaaS Product

Scalability is critical to the success of any SaaS product due to the large number of users on the platform at any given time. The platform allows the interaction in real time between clients and workers. The system is hosted on AWS for flexible scaling.

In the platform interacts many kind of actors, operative at the moment of the service… cookers, bartenders, waiters, admins, accountants and also the final client, the people who is consuming the products in the business. All of these is perfectly orchestrated using different UIs for each actor and keeping the real time of the operations using Socket.io

The frontend system is extremely complex due to the hundreds of customizable views and fields into them. The front end was built with React for tablet devices and desktops while the backend is NodeJs with Express. Our front-end developers have extensive experience with making robust applications look and function well on web browsers. Easy, intuitive design was a critical component of this project, as all the tasks needed to be simple to access and fill in out in the field.

The customer was needing a more elegant and accurate set of graphical reports for taking their decisions, also they needed to have a tool for centralizing the focus of the analytics around the business decisions.

Bit Solution Group, creates a tool segmented in modules with their respective sections linked to scopes for guarantying the properly access from the properly people. The data for the different sections is served by Microservices, dedicated for each module.

Many users with different access levels interacts with the All In One tool, all of the can see what is defined for them, using an specific assignment of roles and scopes for each of them.

The front end was built with React for tablet devices and desktops while the backend is NodeJs with Fastify. This stack gives to the tool the up to date with the trending technologies in the market and of course brings the properly scalability and performance required by the clients.

The customer is into the world of the digital marketing and wanted to go out with a fresh and owned tool for conquering the market. They needed a tool that allows their customers create and publish the content in the same place to not lose the focus.

Bit Solution Group, creates a tool that guaranty to the client the engagement and the operatively in the same package. In one hand a Landing Page for selling the product based in customizable Plans (created and managed from the tool) and in the other a complete set for creating and publishing Posts and Templates to be used in the marketing campaigns.

The tool has three actors that interacts directly with it, the System Admin (the owner of the tool), the Customer Admin (the owner of the client company) and the Company workers (workers of the client company). All of those access levels are controlled by a set of roles and scopes that provides the properly access to each user into the system.

The front end (Landing Page and Admin Tool) was built with VueJS for tablet devices and desktops while the backend is NodeJs with NestJs over Express as framework. For this project was used the library Photo Editor SDK, getting a perfect integration for creating, editing and loading Templates and Posts, also was integrated Unsplash, following its power for using fresh and trending topics images in the Posts creation.

Bit Solution Group creates a tool that provides detailed records of new and returned products as they're entering or leaving the warehouse to help companies organize and account for their stock. The system can also track data such as the number of units, cost per unit, serial numbers, lot numbers, purchase dates, and production dates.

The tool is security-based in Roles and Permissions, those permissions are assigned by the system admin to the other users.
