Clients are in constant expansion, managing the opening of both owned and partner stores worldwide. However, the previous method of handling these openings was not suitable for the scale now required.
A centralized management section was proposed to address the following points:
- Basic store information.
- Integration with Google Business, quickly linking schedules and locations.
- Store system configuration.
- Enhancing store visibility in e-commerce.
To achieve this, it was necessary not only to implement this management and configuration section but also to develop APIs and enable real-time communication of this configuration across all company systems, including eCommerce and Retail systems.
Our team developed a scalable and centralized microservice that APIs and manages all key store information necessary for the proper functioning of the company's systems and access to store data.

Marketing Content Management for Social Media
The client, operating in digital marketing, needed a modern and proprietary tool to gain a competitive edge. They wanted a platform where customers could create and publish content in one place, minimizing distractions.
Bit Solution Group developed a tool that guarantees both engagement and operational efficiency. On one side, a landing page markets customizable plans (created and managed within the tool). On the other hand, a complete suite enables users to create and publish posts and templates for marketing campaigns.
Three user types interact with the tool: the System Admin (tool owner), the Customer Admin (client company manager), and Company Workers (employees of the client company). Access levels are governed by roles and scopes that ensure appropriate permissions across the system.
The frontend (landing page and admin tool) was built with Vue.js for tablet and desktop use. The backend uses Node.js with NestJS over Express. The project also integrates the Photo Editor SDK for content creation, editing, and uploading. Unsplash is integrated for access to trending images used in post creation.


Inventory
Inventory Management
An inventory management system tracks goods across the supply chain, from purchasing to production to final sale. The client needed a better approach to inventory management for improved visibility and control.
Bit Solution Group built a tool to log detailed records of new and returned products as they move in and out of the warehouse. The system tracks unit counts, cost per unit, serial numbers, lot numbers, purchase dates, and production dates, improving inventory accountability and planning.
The tool features a role- and permission-based security model, with access rights assigned by the system admin.
The frontend (landing page and admin tool) was built with Vue.js for tablet and desktop use. The backend is powered by Hasura and GraphQL.


A la Carte
Restaurant Sales Management
The customer identified the need for a system capable of eliminating poor service experiences in the local gastronomic industry. They wanted a solution that would provide a real-time menu to avoid mismatches between services and customers, and also centralize order management.
A la Carte became a SaaS product that addressed the primary concerns of both the businesses offering the service and their customers. It became their "Worker of the Month," providing reports on business activity, tracking every operation, and simplifying the lives of both staff and customers when managing orders.
Scalability is critical to the success of any SaaS product due to the large number of users on the platform at any given time. This platform enables real-time interaction between clients and workers. It is hosted on AWS to support flexible scaling.
Many types of users interact with the platform during service operations—cooks, bartenders, waiters, admins, accountants, and the end customer consuming the product. All roles are orchestrated using different UIs for each actor, maintaining real-time operations via Socket.io.
The frontend is highly complex, with hundreds of customizable views and input fields. It was built using React for both tablet and desktop devices. The backend was developed using Node.js with Express. Our frontend developers focused on creating a robust yet intuitive experience, ensuring tasks could be completed easily in the field.
